SHAMED Stephen Bear has finally torn down an illegal privacy fence after being slapped with a £5,000 fine.
The black metal boundary at his £600,000 Essex pad was put up without planning permission four years ago.

Chelmsford Crown Court heard a complaint was first made about the fence in November 2020.
It was still up when planning officers from Epping Forest District Council returned to the property in March 2021.
In May that year they ordered him to tear the fence down as it was “in excess of the Permitted Development height”.
Bear, 34, was also told to remove the support posts and gates, as well as any resulting debris from pulling it down.
He again ignored the order and when officers returned in January 2022, Bear had still not removed the fence.
The reality star was taken to court by the council but claimed he “didn’t know” about the enforcement.
Before a trial was due to start he changed his plea.
Pictures from Monday show the home in Loughton without the eye-sore fence.
Bear was jailed for 21 months in March 2023 for sharing a secret sex tape of Towie star Georgia Harrison on OnlyFans.
He was found guilty of voyeurism and two counts of disclosing private, sexual photographs and films.
He was released just 11 months into his jail sentence.
In January this year, just a week after he left prison, Bear was ordered to pay £500 as well as a £4,707 fine over the fence.
On Monday, Bear appeared in court againas he faced Georgia over a £22,000 sex tape payout.
The self-proclaimed “billionaire” claimed he was on “Jobseeker’s Allowance” and said he could only pay Georgia £10 a week due to his financial struggles.
